How to remove dandruff from head?

* Cut the amla into small pieces, then boiled the pieces in pure milk to 5 -10 minutes *

* The amla came to gelly form and wait some times to amla to became cool condition*

* Then apply the gelly form of amla to Hair roots and after 10-15 min wash the head clearly*

*After bath we shall apply usual oil to head*
