Sippai - The story of revolutionary youth

 

Gautam Karthik who was last seen in average grosser 'Kadal', will be cast next in 'Sippai'. The movie is to be directed by Saravanan of 'Silambatam' fame. Shooting commenced on April 25 and the movie is set to be a campus love story. Gautam who is quite young himself, will be comfortably filling the shoes that the storyline requires. 

Post Kumki, Lakshmi menon is having a roll and she will be paired opposite Gautam. Actress Vibha who starred in Madhil Mel Poonai is the latest addition to the cast. She will be playing a pivotal role of a college girl in this movie. The theme is straight forward according to the director, though it revolves around the colleges, the youth of today who strive to fight for righteous actions in society and the steps they take is what this is all about.
