Question : I seem to have a hard lump in my right breast. It isn’t affecting my breast feeding , but what is causing it ?

 

Answer : It’s possible you may have a blocked milk duct , but if it does not disappear after you massage the breast and bathe it in hot water then see your doctor straight away .

Nothing at all,  are just developing at a different you rate from your friends and that is perfectly normal .
Periods can start at any age between nine and 16 years,  so there is no need for to be concerned for at least anotheryear.  However you you should by now have experienced some changes,  such as developing a bust and the growh ofsome hair onyour body.  Do try and discussyour anxiety with your mother or an older women fnend.

My breasts are small , milk appears weak

Question : My milk are small , and my milk appears weak . Is the milk sold in shops better for my baby than breast-milk ?

         No , The milk sold in shop is not better . In fact , there is nothing better for your baby than breast-milk.

All the milk-powder sold in shops is cow's milk .The milk of a cow is very different from human milk . A young calf must be able to walk soon after birth . So Cow's milk specializes is building bones and muscles .

But with humans , is is the brain that grows most rapidly during the first months of life . Human milk contains all the proteins that are necessary for the development of a baby's body and brain.

Bottle-fed babies become sick more often than breast-fed babies. Why ? Because breast-milk fights the diseases that affect babies ( but bottle-milk specializes in fighting cow-diseases )

Adult who were bottle-fed as babies have more heart disease than adults who were breast-fed.

Breast-feeding were bottle-fed as babies have more healthy. 
Mothers who breast-feed are less likely to get breast cancer.

All over the world , modern women are choosing to breast-feed their babies  Breast is best ! .

Baby-bottle manufactures try to convince mothers to bottle-feed. But the truth is : A woman should not bottle-feed unless it is impossible for her to breast-feed .

Listen Mary . It doesn't matter that your breasts are small. Small breasts make as much milk as big ones . And don't worry if your milk seems weak. Breast-milk appears thin , but it is the best milk for your baby .

sex gives a good feel , then how guys avoid themselves from sex, so long until they are married.

It's much harder for a guy to stay a virgin until they're married, but it's not impossible. Guys have a lot of pressure from their friends to sleep with girls at a young age, but a lot of them make mistakes and get girls pregnant and have to get married with a girl they don't want to get married with. A lot of them also get diseases from having sex with different girls. Then, girls don't want to be with them because of that.So, If you think about the bad things you avoid, you don't have a problem having sex until you're married. Besides, young guys are dumb and confuse love with sex and get married to the first girl that they sleep with. Just wait until you're in love and then you'll know the difference. Good luck.

It all depends on the individual. having sex before you're married does not mean that you are a bad person or tainted, like so many people in India believe. Ofcourse it only works one way over there:::

1. Guy has sex before marriage, girl can say nothing, has to accept it.
2. Girl has sex before marriage, guy goes crazy and cannot accept that his wife is not a virgin, she is "soiled goods".
