Backache during Pregnancy - Relive Tips

Question :  Backache has been a constant problem throughout my pregnancy . Is there anything I can do to relive it ?


Answer : First make sure that you are not overweight
, ad this can the problem worse . A simple exercise that can help relieve the pain is to get down on all fours and then gently arch your back upwards- rather like a cat- and let your head fall forward between your shoulders . when you return to the rest position do make sure that your back is straight and not hollowed or you will give yourself even more backache . Do this a few times until you feel the pain has lessened.
